Proposals discussed which would mean some Lincolnshire street lights put on all night

But Parish Councils would have to pay up to £300 to do so

Communities in parts of Lincolnshire should be prepared to pay up to £300 per streetlight if they want them switched back on all night.

A new proposal's being discussed later which would see parish councils apply to keep streets lit up - but they would have to cover the costs.

The decision to turn off more than half the regions lights was part of plans to save £1.7 million pounds.
