Join our dynamic team at Caistor Lakes Leisure Park and Restaurant. We’re looking for an experienced and committed sous chef for our state of the art kitchen and restaurant. You must have at least 5 years’ experience cooking freshly cooked to order food, in high volumes. You will be qualified to either City in Guilds level 7061/7062 or hold the relevant NVQ Level 1 or 2.
Wage is negotiable dependent on experience.
We also need a commis chef looking to learn and who is committed to delivering a high quality in the food they prepare and serve. There will be on site NVQ training available to help you progress in your career. Other kitchen staff are also required.
Waiting staff are also required to work in our luxury restaurant but must have experience and an eye for quality and customer satisfaction.
