Humberside Police facing 'difficult decisions' due to lack of officers

Humberside Police officers are having to make difficult decisions on a daily basis about what incidents to attend.

The chair of the force's federation says they've lost 700 experienced officers since 2008, yet the demand is the highest he's seen.

Peter Musgrave has now written an open letter calling for communities to try and understand the issues they're facing.
