A special sculpture has been unveiled in Cleethorpes, to remember the woman who first brought beach donkey rides to the resort.

Gladys Nuttall and husband Buster started the donkey rides before the second world war.

Sadly Gladys, who is a former Mayor of Cleethorpes, passed away last year.

Now a sculpture of a donkey has been put up in the Pier gardens to remember her.
