Almost 10% of Humberside Police Officers struggling to pay for daily essentials

The Police Federation have revealed the results of their annual survey

A survey's found almost 10% of Humberside Police Officers are struggling to find the cash to cover day to day essentials.

The Federation argue it's unacceptable that some staff are having to turn to food vouchers.

But their report has found morale has actually improved now only 80% think it's low compared to 98% last year.

Chief Constable Lee Freeman says they have got a lot more work to do though.
