200 Grimsby home plan to face councillors

Developers hoping to build just over 200 houses in Grimsby will have their application discussed at a planning meeting tonight.

The site on Macaulay Street already has planning permission, but councillors from North East Lincolnshire Council need to approve the plans that have been put forward to build the houses.

If successful, developers will build emergency vehicle access as well as pedestrian and cycle access onto Macaulay Street.
